The reality
Giraffe360 is a technology company originating from Latvia, based in the United States, UK and Latvia, providing 360° virtual tour creation services for real estate agents. Giraffe360 challenged iProspect Latvia to grow & scale their business by attracting more realtors that would subscribe to Giraffe360 services.


Solution and execution
Facebook was chosen as the primary channel based on historical performance, reach and cost effectiveness. After researching the real estate market and competitors, iProspect Latvia recommended improvements to visual materials and advertising text, created several new target audiences. Giraffe360's internal lead quality data was connected to media data in the Datorama data management platform, providing daily insight into KPI performance.

With a new approach to measurement, tracking, market understanding, targeting and creative quality, as well as testing and optimization, we observed:
