Digital outdoor media is taking over Riga

Digital outdoor advertising is rapidly growing in Latvia, the city is seeing more and more modern screens that allow brands to engage people in a more dynamic and effective way. Outdoor media companies are actively expanding their digital screen networks, installing new solutions in high-traffic areas. This means advertising is becoming not only more visible, but also more relevant and better aligned with today’s pace of life.

A major addition to Riga’s outdoor media is expected by the end of this year, the launch of BMO’s digital screen network at Riga Central Railway Station, which sees an impressive 12 million people passing through annually.

The Travel Digital network will include 7 digital screens placed in the station’s main corridors, enhancing both the BMO Shopping Digital network and the existing citywide coverage. In addition, 2 large-format LED screens will ensure high campaign visibility in this key transportation hub.

All outdoor media providers are actively expanding their digital screen networks, installing new screens in strategic locations to ensure even more effective audience reach.

Advertisers should keep in mind that as the number of digital screens continues to grow, demand for static outdoor advertising may also rise, as it guarantees 100% visibility in an increasingly saturated digital environment.
